Consolidated Financial Reporting System
The Pennsylvania
Department of Education, in conjunction with the Office of the Budget’s Office
of Comptroller Operations, utilizes its Consolidated Financial Reporting System
(CFRS) for the collection of the following information:
- Annual Financial Report (AFR)
- General Fund Budget (GFB)
- PlanCon Reimbursement Application
(PDE-2071)
- Applications for the Charter School
Lease Reimbursement Program (PDE-418 and PDE-419)
CFRS is a secure
application in MyPDE
Suite and is only available to registered LEA users. Information and
how-to guides related to registration for and access to CFRS is available on
the Help and
Support page.
The following

documentation are developed, updates will be posted on these pages.
